Return and Refund Policy – Qisa Coffee

Thank you for shopping with Qisa Coffee. This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made either in-store or online at www.qisacoffee.com.


All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Qisa Coffee does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, except as required by law or in the case of a product being received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

This applies to all items, including but not limited to:

  • Coffee beans and ground coffee

  • Tea bags

  • Perishable items (including food and baked goods)

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted merchandise

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing the purchase. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, you must notify Qisa Coffee within 48 hours of delivery by emailing qisacoffee@gmail.com.

To report an issue, please include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the damage or error, including the packaging

Qisa Coffee reserves the right to approve or deny any request for replacement or store credit based on the information provided. Approved claims may be resolved via replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion.


Shipping and Delivery

Online orders are fulfilled and shipped using third-party carriers. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Qisa Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures caused by the carrier or by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If a product is received in damaged or incorrect condition, it may be eligible for replacement or store credit under the guidelines outlined above.
